Our Story
The Standard the Industry Has Been Missing.
For years, the bridal beauty industry in Colorado has felt like the "Wild West." While brides spend months meticulously choosing the perfect venue and the most trusted planners, the hair and makeup category remained largely unregulated. Talented, licensed professionals were being grouped together with unverified hobbyists, leaving brides at risk and professionals undervalued.
ALBA was born out of a necessity for clarity.
We realized that "good enough" wasn't enough for a wedding day. A bride shouldn't have to wonder if her artist is legally licensed or carries professional liability insurance. A venue shouldn't have to worry about the safety of their property. And a dedicated artist shouldn't have to compete with those who cut corners on sanitation and business ethics.

The Alliance of Licensed Bridal Artists (ALBA) was founded in 2026 to bridge the gap between elite talent and consumer peace of mind. We created the "Gold Standard"—a rigorous vetting process that ensures every artist carrying our seal is not only a master of their craft but a verified, insured, and ethical business owner.

Every member is certified through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) has proper licensing for them professionally and if they are running "teams" those "team members" are also legally operating.
